I recently joined OptionsHouse mainly for their low commissions and free cost basis tax reporting. I didn’t like the fact that I have to fire up Firefox every time I needed to trade. Got me thinking if I can use my iPod Touch instead. A quick search at the App Store revealed no such app from OptionsHouse. But I did discover that OptionsHouse does provide an iPhone optimized site for trading. Very basic, but perfect for what I wanted to do – buy or sell stocks!
Goto m.optionshouse.com using any mobile device, not just iPhone. Should work with a Blackberry or Android without any problems.
In fact, not just OptionsHouse, Scottrade, my other online broker, too offers an iPhone optimized site for mobile trading. Has more features than OptionsHouse, but still very basic.

Goto m.scottrade.com using your mobile device.
News to me!
UPDATE: OptionsHouse has since released a real iPhone App. Be sure to check out the review!
